# WeSimplify > WeSimplify is a boutique transformation and AI adoption consultancy based in Amsterdam, founded in 2022 by Ramiar Arya and Ilinca Munteanu. We work embedded inside organisations rather than delivering traditional consulting, staying until AI adoption, team dynamics, and new ways of working become the default. ## What is WeSimplify WeSimplify helps mid-to-large organisations navigate the gap between strategy and execution. We focus on AI adoption for commercial teams, leadership development, and building cultures where change actually sticks. We are not a traditional consulting firm. We do not deliver slide decks and leave. We are not the right fit if there is no genuine commitment to change from leadership. ## How we work Three stages, each building on the last: 01 Understand — We map the system, identify what is getting in the way, and define what needs to change. 02 Co-design — We run workshops and trainings with leaders and teams to shape practical ways of working, clarify roles, and align around the change. 03 Embed — We coach teams as they apply the new approach, help them work through friction, and support the habits that make the change stick. We do not stop at the workshop.
